Located in the residential chalet community of Moonstone this adorable loft-style bunkie provides a 'tiny home' / ‘glamping’ experience. Less than a 3-min drive to the ski hill & 7-min to trails of Copeland for hiking, mtn/fat biking. Bunkie is set to the back of main residence, privacy changes season to season with the leaves. Fire pit, BBQ, fridge, kettle, shower, bedding, heated flooring, towels & more. Not recommended for children - steep ladder. NO Pets & NO smoking or vaping. The space Comfortable queen bed in loft Lower level futon (single+1/2) Heated floors throughout Washroom with toilet, shower, sink - hot water on demand Front deck to watch the morning sunrise. Access to snowmobile and hiking/riding trails 0.25 km across the street. Wash down amenities for bikes - full outdoor vibe in a cozy community. Guest access Contact/text host on arrival. Parking is on the right side of the driveway - 2 spots available Entry to the bunkie is through the gate on the right side of the driveway. Grocery store, ski hills, tubing, mtn biking and hiking trails - additional info information and map details available in the bunkie on arrival. Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND. A $200 cleaning fee will be applied if there is any trace of this. Other things to note The bunkie experience is a ‘glamping’, minimalist experience. There is NO actual kitchen - there is running hot water, a portable sink basin, dishes, cutlery, fridge/small freezer, BBQ and microwave for meals. We encourage you to bring some prepared or ‘easy to prepare’ meals unless you intend to visit the local restaurants.
