Less than a 3-min drive to the ski hill & 7-min to trails of Copeland for hiking, mtn/fat biking. Bunkie is set to the back of main residence, privacy changes season to season with the leaves. Fire pit, BBQ, fridge, kettle, shower, bedding, heated flooring throughout, towels & more. Not recommended for children - steep ladder. NO Pets & NO smoking or vaping. The space Comfortable queen bed in loft Lower level futon (single+1/2) Heated floors throughout Washroom with toilet, shower, sink - hot water on demand Front deck to watch the morning sunrise. Parking is on the right side of the driveway - 2 spots available Entry to the bunkie is through the gate on the right side of the driveway. A $200 cleaning fee will be applied if there is any trace of this. Other things to note The bunkie experience is a ‘glamping’, minimalist experience. There is NO actual kitchen - there is running hot water, a portable sink basin, dishes, cutlery, fridge/small freezer, BBQ and microwave for meals. We encourage you to bring some prepared or ‘easy to prepare’ meals unless you intend to visit the local restaurants.
