This spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath unit has all of the comforts of home. The unit is ocean block and is 100 yards from the beach. Create your own special beach memories in this amazing midtown location. All furniture, including mattresses, is new for 2022! The space The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, toaster, plates, potholders, can openers, etc. Prior to your arrival, if there is something specific you require for your cooking experience, please let me know. That item may be part of the kitchen inventory but not listed or I may have that item in another unit or location. Sleeping - There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sleep sofa and a twin rollaway bed. Cleaning supplies will be available and include but not limited to hand sanitizer, window cleaner, vacuum, broom, mop, Lysol, toilet bowl cleaner, dish detergent... There is off-street parking for (1) vehicle located on the property. There are free, first come parking spots along most of the side streets. A grill is available for all Guests. Please clean up after using the grilling area, and do not leave personal belongings behind after grilling. Your unit is equipped with a set of grilling utensils and a catty carrier for carrying your grilling extras. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and fabric sheets will not be provided. PETS (Dogs only) ARE WELCOME! There is a $125 pet fee. Please keep your furry family members off of the furniture. Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival.
