Enjoy the sound of the spring fed brook from the porch or relax in the spacious living area. Great location- only 9 miles from Penn State and 1 mile to downtown Bellefonte. Two miles from Bellefonte exit of route 80 and entrance to route I -99. Amenities include PSU themed bar and 75 inch TV. The space We have a beautiful setting that includes a brook that runs through our property right in front of the house and the entrance to the suite. It is quiet and peaceful. Guest access You are welcome to sit on the front porch-this would be a shared area with us. It is a large porch so there is plenty of room. Other things to note We have two young dogs, Maverick and Goose, that you may hear occasionally when they move about upstairs.
