Vintage House near Downtown Monroe

This special home is close to many interests, making it easy to plan your visit! A perfect house for a wedding party, creating content for your brand, temporary work living and a great spot to explore. Close to the Monroe Fairgrounds, Sterling State Park, the River Raisin, Lake Erie, DTE Energy & Fermi, ProMedica and the historical National Battlefield. Close to other major cities as well! Detroit-30 min drive, Ann Arbor-40 mins, Toledo-20mins. Just hop on the freeway to explore those areas! The space Main entry has the living room, dining room, walk-out back deck and covered front porch for sitting. Second floor has the main bathroom and 3 bedrooms, one of which is a pass-through room/office to the master bedroom. 3rd level is the converted attic space, master bedroom with the en-suite master bathroom. Basement has laundry & an extra bathroom with a curtain closure. Guest access There is a private driveway for parking. Vehicles cannot stay parked over the walking path that goes through the driveway, and will have to pull up past that portion. There is also public parking along the west side of the entire street. Walking paths continue throughout the surrounding neighborhoods and up into downtown Monroe. Other things to note I am currently using my home to display some of the vintage items I have in my furniture rental collection. Some of the furniture or decor pieces in the photos will be moved or changed out at times, to keep up with anything that is rented. The garage & shed are also my workshop/storage. I may be in & out of there to grab tools or furniture. There will always be a couch, TV, dining room table, seating & beds, beautiful things and a decorative style ready for you!
