This 100 year old cottage has the character built in with quirky elements refreshed but not updated such as the windows, doors, door handles and some of the lighting. We have very recently just installed a new dishwasher to ensure that your vacation time is spent relaxing with loved ones. Guest access Master bedroom is located on the main floor with two additional bedrooms downstairs. Access to the patio is from downstairs. There are two steps into the house with all the common living areas are on the main floor. Parking is located in front of the house - you can fit 2 cars but one would need to sit high ( like a truck ) because of the uneven pavement in front of the garage Other things to note Access to laundry upon request before booking for stays of 7 days or more. YOU MUST NOTIFY US IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET WITH YOU AT THE TIME OF BOOKING REGARDLESS OF SIZE, BREED OR IF ITS A SUPPORT ANIMAL AND YOU WiLL NEED TO PRODUCE CERTIFICATION. No pets on the furniture or on the bedding. Any “accidents” must be cleaned with supplies provided immediately. Any damages from your pet will be your responsibility. Please be aware that there are skunks and raccoons that come out at night - any dog that gets sprayed by a skunk will NOT be allowed back into the house.
