The space This single family cottage is an old pioneer home of Loa, over 100 years but has plenty of living space. Enjoy a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs with 3 rooms upstairs. The cottage has wifi and tv but you get to stay in a quiet small town. Great little escape. Guest access You get the entire house to yourself the house is surrounded by lawn, so you have access to a lawn area, an outside porch, grill and fire pit. Other things to note This is a quiet house in a rural neighborhood. You have a place to park and are within 25 miles of Fish Lake and Capitol Reef National Park.
