The space With a private, keyless entry at the lower front of the property, the apartment is completely private and closed off from the rest of the house, so that you can come and go as you wish. It features two bedrooms with queen-sized beds in each room with comfortable mattresses and linens. A pull out sofa in the living room also provides extra sleeping arrangements for up to two more. **Because of the shared vent system and kiddos with allergies pets and Emotional Support Animals are not accepted for this listing** There is a large laundry closet with newer top loading washer and dryer. The kitchen has a coffee maker, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and stove top--you can prepare almost any meal imaginable with all the options and there are dishes provided for up to six as well as common kitchen utensils. Paper products and basic toiletries are provided, all guests are expected to replenish these as needed. Bathroom features full bathtub and shower and storage for toiletries. Unit does not provide airconditioning. The tv is equipped with an Roku so you can connect to your own streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, or Prime Video, no regular cable provided. Wireless internet is fast with 200 mbps download speeds, ideal for video calls, remote work, etc. Guest access There are two reserved parking spaces for you at the bottom of the driveway next to the hedge. The driveway to the garage is kept clear for the our family vehicles to come and go. Other things to note Our family lives in the main part of the house, so while we do a good job not being loud, family noise is to be expected. :) You will hear kids, voices, respectful music, and footsteps and while your space is entirely your own, you will most likely see us around the property. The backyard is for private family use, however please feel free to enjoy the deck space outside your unit.
