Outdoors there are also tables to sit at, a fire pit, and loungers by the pool. The larger beds have memory foam mattresses and each bedroom has a dresser and storage closet. Guest access You will have access via keypad into the house. Parking is free. There are 2 spots in front of the garage and ample parking on street. Host does not reside on/near the premises. Other things to note The house was going under a remodel, that has been delayed due to supply chain shortages and other difficulties. The items are mostly cosmetic and won’t affect usage such as new windows, some trim work, landscaping, and pool resurfacing. The pool and brand new hot tub are completely usable. This is nonetheless reflected in the price. It is still a nice home with your own pool and completely private yard, where you can relax in comfort. There is a mini-split AC and heating system located in the kitchen that is strong enough to power the main house and bedroom 1.
