Chateau StClair is perfect for a family get away. The Garage has been transformed into a generously equipped Boxing Gym with heavy bag, speed bag, squat rack, weights, and Rowing machine. Great restaurants nearby, High Speed WiFi, Cable and parking on premises. Bright open kitchen is perfect for hosting and preparing meals. Huge fenced in backyard with a Weber grill, large deck, fire pit and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. Provided are board games, 2 paddle boards, 2 adult/2 kids bikes, badminton set, beach chairs, beach cart, and towels are all provided. Access to the entire house except the basement. You will receive a key code and access instructions, with all house rules upon entering. Guest access Car is needed to get around, or you can uber into town and check out the nearby restaurants. Other things to note We love and take pride in our home and hope that our guests feel the same after staying at Chateau StClair. Note: The home includes basic cable and a Fire Stick where you can log into your own streaming apps such as Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, etc. Guests are also welcome to bring their own streaming devices (Fire Stick, Roku, PS5, etc.).
