Located 15 minutes from Hollywood and 10 minutes from Universal Studios. A lovely place to relax after a fun filled day. The space The Studio is attached to the main house but with a separate entrance accessed from the porch and steps down through a Utility/laundry area. The studio is secured with a key code. The front garden has a pleasant seating area. It is a non smoking environment. There is a back sitting room adjacent the Studio that is used by the family as a garden access point and which we are happy to share with you. Guest access Parking is super easy in this neighborhood as most homes have off street parking. There are a few good food sources within walkable distance.
