Located just a very short drive to Busch Gardens, Highways (I-275 and I-4) grocery stores, Downtown Tampa, and more. A queen-size bed with a medium-firm memory foam mattress, lamps on either side with USB ports, a desk with a mirror and notepad, and multiple outlets to plug in all your electronics, comfortable pillows, and cozy sheets. The kitchen has a small microwave, a perfect-sized refrigerator, electric appliances, dishes, cups, coffee mugs, and a coffee maker. A start-up supply of water and coffee is provided for your convenience. Private entrance and 1 parking spot under the carport on the premises. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the receptacles provided. No parties or events. Not suitable for small children. Only 2 adults max. No animals allowed. Quiet hours - 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. There is no problem with late check-in. However, it will be helpful to know your arrival plans to ensure all goes smoothly for you especially if you're arriving in the late hours.
