Inside, find a queen canopy bed, radiant heated floors & fast fiber WiFi. The kitchenette includes a toaster oven/air fryer, hot plate, electric kettle, & Nespresso. The space Peaceful retreat with modern amenities such as fast fiber internet (500 mb/s), Nespresso coffee pods and basic cooking supplies for your stay. Enjoy coffee, a book or stargazing on the patio next to the rock fountain. Guest access Morning of check in, you will receive a gate code to enter the property. You can park adjacent to the guest house and come and go as you like. We are a 4 minute drive to Topanga center (Inn of the Seventh Ray, specialty shops & dining) and 9 minutes down to the Pacific Coast Highway and Topanga beach. Other things to note We live in the main house on the same lot but you will have your own freestanding unit. You may see us in the backyard from time to time but we keep to ourselves so you can have as much privacy as you need. We also have multiple fruit trees including lemons, limes, apples, round kumquats and grapefruits that you are welcome to pick from.
