A private beach home on Harbor Island with amazing views of the ocean marsh from the living room open to amazing deck. The ever changing marsh and tide will provide you with spectacular views and wildlife site seeing. Amenities include pool and tennis courts, and gym. Best Beach access sites in my opinion are #1 (great views of the ocean and long stretch of beach you can hike towards Hunting Island and golf cart parking at access entry.). Use our Hunting Island Park pass if it has not expired....hanging on coat rack at entry. The state park is amazing. Take a picnic lunch with you. Golf cart parking in designated areas only please. Use the community pool. It is very large and rarely crowded. Pickle ball and tennis courts available. Local shrimp available at Gay Fish Co. just minutes from the house. Ask for 10% discount .
