Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note Strict NO PARTY policy. If you're booking this apartment to host a party, save the hassle and find somewhere else. PARKING: -There are two parking garages. One at either end of the block (9th and 11th streets). -We recommend using ParkWhiz or SpotHero to book a spot online ahead of time. -Uber/Lyft are great to use getting around the city. -All street parking around the block is paid, make sure to keep an eye on your meter times when using street parking. Our building is next to the red line train station, a very Chicago experience! NOTE: There is a NOISE MONITORING system called NoiseAware within the apartment to track noise decibel levels. It does NOT record anything. It only notifies us if noise gets over a certain threshold to ensure we respect our neighbors and no crazy parties happen :) Q: Is the neighborhood & building safe? A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Our building has dual-lobby doors that lock, key-fobs to enter each floor AND you receive a unique code for your apartment door. Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you with a starter pack of toilet paper & Keurig cups. Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. Early check-in & late check-out can be difficult for us to coordinate. If you request and we are able to accommodate, fees start at $75. Q: Luggage Drop-Off / Storage? A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer luggage storage. We recommend the service "BagBnb" or something similar. Please check online for nearby options. Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case! Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a squeaky clean home for our guests.
