Pickleball & 1/2 basketball court, gym shared with Cohen Cottage (Separate 2 bd on property available) and private pool with outdoor kitchen. The space The space is located across 3 levels. The lowest level contains a game room and guest room with private bathroom. The pool & hot tub is also accessed from this level. The second level contains the master bathroom with soaking tub, the kitchen, dining room, the Whip room (indoor / outdoor room with 27 degree views) as well as living area. The third floor contains another kind bedroom, a queen bedroom and the bunk room along with another full bath with a clawfoot tub. Guest access All parts of the home are accessible and private to your group. Other things to note There is a secondary airbnb that is NOT visible from this property however the basketball and pickle court as well as river access are shared.
