Mid Century Home Near Red Rocks

Well taken care of mid century modern home. I will be out of town, so you and the two kitties will have the whole house to yourself. 10 min drive to Red Rocks, 5 from light rail (Federal Center Station) to downtown (Union Station), 75 mins to Winter Park and Copper. If you book, please read the house notes where you'll find lots of additional information. Guest access Kitchen, stove, refrigerator, living room TV/Roku in living room. Other things to note The Roku is on HDMI 1. You can use it to access lots of stuff, including shows on Amazon prime/HBO. No smoking. Edibles and alcohol are fine of course. Keep the cats inside the house and out of your bedroom. If you're booking the whole house it means I will be out of town. Please take good care of my place!
