Wonderful cottage on Baptiste Lake. Very spacious. Good for one or two families. Enjoy the lake with swimming, kayaking or canoeing. Rental includes three kayaks, one canoe and one stand up paddle board. Shallow water good for younger children. With two living rooms and a wood burning fireplace in winter it is great for snowmobilers. In summer enjoy outdoor fires in firepit or BBQing on the patio. Master bedroom is massive with fantastic panoramic view through large windows. The space This is a two story cottage with high ceilings on the first floor. There is a large mudroom with a gas fireplace that leads to the kitchen and then the main floor of the home is bright and open with two living rooms, a fireplace area and a large dining table. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a full bathroom. Outside there is a large lawn with a sandy beach and a dock next to the boathouse on the other side. In front of the house there is more room for parking than you will need with a covered area leading to the front entrance. Guest access The cottage is located quite some distance from the road. The road is not a well travelled road. Around the lake much of the land is crown land. There are neighbouring cottages on either side with a tree line between. Bancroft, Wilberforce and Harcourt are there for groceries and other town experiences. A Marina with a store is close by. The Baptiste lake system is close to Algonquin Park and the area is hilly.
