The cabin is 3 bedroom and 2 bath and nestled among pine trees. Holly Lake Ranch is a very quiet, serene, wooded, gated community with 24-hour security. Enjoy the slow, quiet streets and paths and amenities such as lakes, fishing (no fishing license needed), golf, tennis, pickleball, & pool. A good place for quiet nature lovers. The space *Cabin has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms - 6 people maximum * No stairs at back entrance or inside cabin * Fast & reliable fiber optic Internet *Full kitchen *King bed in bedroom #1 with smart TV & bathroom *Queen bed bedroom # 2 with smart TV * Queen bed in bedroom # 3 with smart TV *Dog under 35 lbs is ok *Small, fenced area in part of the back yard *Parking under carport *Patio table *Charcoal Grill *Screened porch with chairs *Fire pit *Portable crib & highchair *Books, games, puzzles and a few toys *Most community amenities are free, such as the pool, pickleball, tennis, volleyball, etc. *Amenities such as the pool are not guaranteed, depend on hours, season, etc. *Golf needs a reservation and there is a fee. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire cabin (except the storage shed). Guest has access to all community amenities such as lakes, pickleball, golf, pool, etc depending on availability. I schedule the yard care and trash removal on days when a guest is not there, but if that is not possible, I will let you know in advance. I also reserve the right to send a repairman or security in case of an emergency such as leaking water, a fire, backing up sewer, or any type of emergency situation. Other things to note This cabin is in a wooded, quiet gated community with 24-hour security. Within 24 hours of booking, guests must provide information to host, as required by security: Name on drivers license, age, address and telephone number. Upon arrival, you will first go to the 24-hour security drive through window which is about 3 miles from the cabin, present a valid driver’s license and will receive a gate pass. You will be on the guest list so the process is quick. The gate pass opens security gates during your stay. This cabin is in a natural, wooded area, it is not the city. You may encounter deer, raccoons, birds, snakes, mosquito's, gnats, ticks, chiggers, flies, alligators, assorted bugs, and possibly sasquatch. Use common sense, stay alert when outdoors and wear bug spray.
