Close to the Bus lines, bike trails & parks. This home is in the center of the city and is easily accessible. Come home and relax in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. All bedrooms on top floor. The space A cozy family home with driveway that accommodates up to 7 guests. The space boasts a cute and modern living room with three clean and comfortable bedrooms (bedrooms on top floor). The space includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated office space w/coffee bar, and basement home-gym (with Tread Climber, mats, weights). Each BR has a workspace/vanity, and the largest bedroom offers a king bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 include queen beds. Along with the three bedrooms, the basement lounge has a futon. Guest access Please feel free to park in our driveway. Free parking is also available in front of the house on the street. Guest access You have access to the entire home aside from one storage room. The backyard and deck are also for your use, weather and season permitting. Other things to note It snows and gets cold in Minnesota. We do have shovels available for your use as well as snowbrushes and scrapers for your car, and we have a snow removal service as well. The front steps and sidewalk can get extremely slippery so we have provided some ice melt in the front closet just inside the door. Please use this as needed to ensure your safety.
