Guests will find this new, modern studio apartment a great place to stay while enjoying all that downtown Bentonville has to offer: world class museums, shopping, dining, and biking- all with a Southern charm. We are 4 blocks from the Bentonville Square, 5 blocks to the Walmart home office, and one block from a park and the Downtown Trail, part of the 37 mile paved Greenway Trail which gives access to a plethora of mountain bike trails. The space Don’t feel like eating out? No problem. Our apartment has a well appointed, full kitchen. There is plenty of closet space, a full washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in the unit should you need it. A King sized bed, full bath, and cozy living room with a large screen TV round out the apartment. Guest access Self check in. Guests will access the apartment by outdoor stairs through the gate on the right side of the driveway/garage. Apartment has hassle free keypad entry. Other things to note Renting bicycles or bringing your own? They can be stored inside the fenced area and locked to the stairs, or the garage storage is available in inclement weather.
