Our guest casita suite is attached to our main home, but has completely separate entrance. You will have full privacy during your stay! Enter your oasis via a keyless smart lock so your vacation can begin immediately. Guests will have 1 designated parking space to park their car or truck located next to a gym building. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a quality memory foam mattress, luxurious bedding. office table with a comfortable chair, plenty storage space and red rock views.The full bathroom has a shower and is stocked with all bathroom essentials, just in case! Living room offers comfortable, modern couch Smart Tv(Netflix, Disney Plus) Library with books and board games. Please be aware that while it is private, main house outdoor courtyard space does share a wall with the Casita's Suite living room, guests are asked not to play loud music. No pets allowed. We love animals but due to allergies and high cleaning fees we kindly ask for a no pet policy. Please remove your shoes when inside the house. Slippers are provided for extra comfort! Washer and Dryer (detergent, softener) provided. Laundry room located in the casita. Please turn off lights and close windows when you check out. No large parties, excessive noise, or gatherings that will compromise the well-being of our neighbors and other guests on the property. Please respect quiet hours between 8pm - 7am. No smoking, drugs, illicit activities of any kind or excessive alcohol consumption during your stay, in the house or around the property. Any damages to the house or property will be investigated and charges will be applied to the renter if the cause is found to be a result of renters’ negligence. Please share any sited damages upon check-in. Please return the house in the same condition as at the beginning of your stay. Any excessive cleaning fees beyond the standard cleaning charge will be passed on to the tenants. Booking guest must be over the age of 21 and will occupy the house during the entire stay booked. If there is a complaint regarding excessive noise, the Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately. A minimum service fee of $250 will be applied to the Guest. If any sign of smoking or unauthorized pet is discovered on the property, guest will be charged a minimum $200 cleaning fee. When booking, please list the names of the persons in your party. Only listed guests are allowed to stay at the house over night.
