Our Top Floor Tudor is a cozy, clean flat perfect for up to 4 guests. As an upper unit in a 1916 triplex, we ask that no additional guests visit to avoid disturbing neighbors below. Just blocks from Lake Michigan and steps to great shops and restaurants on Capitol and Oakland. Only 10–15 mins from the Third Ward, Fiserv Forum, Summerfest Grounds, and more of Milwaukee’s best spots! The space Guests need the ability to travel up three flights of stairs to reach this two bedroom, one bathroom flat. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and other thoughtful furnishings to make for a cozy stay. The homey living room is decked out with olive green upholstery and a new tv with all of the services you need for a movie night. Other things to note We are a couple in our 30s who spent our nights and weekends renovating this unit. We live in the unit below and will be available as needed but will respect the privacy of our guests. In addition to us living below this unit, we also have tenants who live in the unit below us. We expect our guests to respect quiet hours rom 9:30pm - 7:30am.
