Enjoy the spacious private backyard while relaxing in the hot tub, sitting around the fire pit, or BBQing. The spacious open floor plan concept boasts high ceilings, soaring wood framed windows offering an abundance of natural light, and includes a wood-burning stove, custom woodwork and rock detail adding warmth to complete the modern rustic feel of the home. The home accommodates six guests comfortably offering a spacious fully stocked kitchen, open dining and living area, two guest rooms, a primary suite, two baths, laundry room, and attached game room. Guest rooms are furnished with a queen bed, bunk bed (full and twin), and full-sized futon. The primary suite includes a king bed with a private bath offering a double shower, separate soaking tub, and dual vanity. The main bath includes a tub/shower combo. Step outside the living area or primary suite glass sliding doors to the backyard paver patio where you can immerse yourself in a private, peaceful, and quiet setting. The outdoor patio furniture, lava rock firepit, and Masterspa hot tub allow you to easily gaze up at the tall pine trees and bright starry nights. The home also offers a workspace area, tv's in each room with movie and tv streaming apps (guest must log in with their own credentials), DVD player, outdoor propane BBQ/grill, Masterspa hot tub, pet crates/kennels, reading lights, board games, and a game room. The game room includes an arcade game, air hockey, basketball game, corn hole set, foosball, a ping pong table, and much more. Guest access The Lava Rock Retreat Modern Rustic home is located in Deschutes River Woods (SW Bend) surrounded by forest and only minutes away from the endless outdoor activities, dining, shopping, and adventures that the Bend area has to offer. Approximately 35-40 minutes to Mt. Bachelor, 15 minutes to downtown Bend, The Old Mill District, Hayden Homes Amphitheater, and river access activities, 20 minutes to Sunriver Resort, 10 minutes to The High Desert Museum, 10 minutes to Brookswood Plaza, and 5 minutes to the Riverwoods Country Store and Gas. Nearby towns include Redmond (35 minutes), Sisters (40 minutes), Sunriver (20 minutes), and Tumalo (25 minutes). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are clearly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premise amenities or others whom they invite to use the premises.
