It’s older building and very small living area but a great value. 1st floor but above ground facing back of building so no stairs beyond the entrance. Full working desk with 2nd display, office chair, laser printer, hi speed WiFi. The space Very minimal/spartan (new move-in). Old pre-war building but superb 10’ very high ceilings. Main living area has kitchen, living room couch, and office desk all in a compact hall from main entrance. It has a window that has minimal light facing a wall. Kitchen has gas stove, microwave, full fridge, and standard kitchen items. Working setup with: working desk in living area, rolling chair, has a Apple display (require USB - C or Thunderport) and a webcam with light, laser printer. Bedroom has double-height window gets reasonable indirect light, faces back of other building. There are multiple shelves and dresser for clothing and other storage. Guest access Amazing location best part of Chelsea on w 15th close to 8th Ave: literally 1 min from 8th Ave ACE L subway. Large Citibike self serve biking rental station on the same block 2 min walk. Other things to note Want to manage expectations - it’s definitely an old building with no amenities and not much in furnishings. But it’s a great location with work area and separate bedroom. I have a good rate that I’m passing to you as I just want to sublet while I’m out of town.
