Instagrammable Condo Walkable to All in Austin!

Welcome to @CuteStays! Our dog-friendly condo is a 3 - 8 minute walk to top restaurants & bars like Clark's, Rosie's, Bar Peached, Lin Asian & Hold Out Brewing. Walk or hop in a quick Uber to downtown & 6th St, then return to a peaceful home-away-from-home. 0.5 mi Whole Foods 0.6 mi West 6th Strip 1 mi Downtown & 6th St 1.7 mi Convention Center (SXSW) 1.2 mi Rainey St 1.7 mi Zilker Park (ACL) 2.3 mi I Love You So Much mural on SoCo 13.9 mi Airport 19.5 mi Circuit of the Americas (Formula 1) The space Welcome to our cute, comfortable, safe & doggo-friendly condo in the ❤️ of Austin! Walk to popular restos and bars downtown then come back to a quiet home located in the adorable historic Clarksville neighb of West Austin. The space fits 4 comfortably (2 in the king bed + 2 on the pull-out sofa) and has everything you need including a washer/dryer, IG-worthy bathroom & kitchen. ✔️ Our living room includes a surprisingly comfortable pullout bed that fits two people. (Bedding and towels can be found in one of the primary bedroom’s closets and there is a comfy mattress topper stored in the longer side of the couch. Just pop it up. ;) It also has a TV where you can sign into your Hulu, Netflix or other favorite Streaming accounts, a record player with records to shimmy to, a fun photo guest book you like, totally have to add to, games, and books. ✔️ The full kitchen is complete with a washer/dryer combo, coffee maker (and coffee), fridge, oven, cookware, and other basic essentials for cooking. ✔️ We love our dining room because our cute table and chairs fit four people. You can also use the table as a desk! Or push it aside and snap a pic of you and your friends in front of our Austin-themed wallpaper and neon “wish you were here” sign. ✔️ The bathroom might be our favorite room because of the amazing matchbook wallpaper. It also has plenty of towels, backup toothbrushes, razors, feminine products, bandaids, first aid stuff, over-the-counter medicine (doh! - just in case), a hairdryer and clean and cruelty-free shampoo, conditioner and soap. ✔️ The primary bedroom is super comfy. The king bed is huge and is decorated with bedding from Justina Blakeney’s line at Target. There is a dresser, TV, side tables with lamps and two closets complete with hangers, a full-length mirror (you look great!), an ironing board, pro steamer and beach towels if you want to go take a swim at Barton Springs. The entire condo is yours to explore except for a little hall closet where we keep our cleaning supplies. There is a community BBQ and picnic area if you want to flex your grilling skills. Heads up though, it may or may not have propane and please clean up after yourselves if ya do use it. 😘 We will set you up with a code to enter (usually the last eight digits of the number listed in your account) before you arrive, so you’ll have all the independence you want! But we live in town so feel free to text or call if you need help with anything, have any Qs or want any recommendations on where to eat and play in Austin! Our condo is the best of the best when it comes to location! 🐕 It’s a super walkable neighborhood so if you bring your pup, they’re going to love it. There’s even a fenced-in dog park a couple blocks away! We recommend taking a right outside the front gate to check out our favorite houses and a cool historic fire station. So neat! 🍔 🍸 You’ll also be within walking distance to downtown and all the popular restaurants and bars (and a super quick Uber/Lyft, bus ride or scoot to SoCo or the east side). It’s perfect for a weekend getaway with your boo, game day home base, or bachelor/bachelorette party! 😴 But you can come home to an adorable, friendly and quiet neighborhood and comfy home-away-from-home to sleep and get refreshed for your next fun outing. 🎸 If you’re in town for ACL, you’ll be able to hear the music from outside of the condo because we’re that close. Zilker Park is 1.6 miles away so either a longer (30-ish) walk or quick Uber/Lyft depending on traffic! 🥦🍉 We’re walkable to the OG Whole Foods and a longer walk to Trader Joe’s if you want to pick up some snacks and bevvies to have at the house. (There’s a foldable grocery cart in one of the closets:) There is one parking space available for your use during your stay. Feel free to park in any open spot though the parking area to the right of the building is closer to our unit. As far as getting around town, there are so many restaurants and bars walkable from the condo! But if you want to venture a little further, Uber and Lyft are great options. You can also download the Capital Metro app if you want to hop on the bus. Or take a spin on a rentable scooter or bike!
