The space I aim to provide my guests with a beautifully decorated modern setting outfitted specifically as a short term vacation rental with the quality and consistency of a luxury hotel brand. No spaces are shared with others. The main home is reserved for you. A spacious modern industrial rental for up to 4 guests located 1 block from Theodore Wirth Park, which provides direct access to bike trails, running and walking paths, swimming beaches, two golf courses, and the Loopet Trailhead Center. This Minneapolis gem is perfect for business travelers or a romantic getaway. COVID-19 response: We guarantee the house is deeply cleaned, and sanitized. All frequently touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, thermostats, railings, etc are disinfected. There's a sleeper sofa, and comfortable leather chair. 55" HD Smart TV with free access to Hulu, Netflix, and Disney Plus. ————— KITCHEN ————— The kitchen has everything you need to make wonderful meals. Brand new stainless steel appliances (stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator), sink, granite countertops, cups, bowls, plates, utensils, and wine glasses. This kitchen provides all the necessary amenities including coffee maker, tea, and essential seasonings. —————— BATHROOM —————— Full sized bathroom with deep whirlpool soaker jet tub. Perfect for helping you refresh after a long day of shopping at the Mall of America or walking Theodore Wirth Parkway right outside your front door. It also includes a brand new outdoor hot tub. It is important to mention that the backyard is shared with the main house and the other airbnb unit attached. Let's work together to achieve the optimal experience. Doing your part means: no smoking, no pets, check in anytime after 4PM, check out by 11AM, and respect quiet hours (10pm-7am).
