Bring your boat & tie up to our dock. Lots of space to park your trailer. Pet friendly to non-aggressive, house-trained dogs up to 25# with a pet fee. Friendly dogs and cats roam the unfenced area. The space Quiet, waterfront cabin has two bedrooms to sleep 5 (queen, 2 singles, one with trundle), a sofa bed, and one bath. Large dining table for eating or games. Variety of games and movies provided. Kitchen has Keurig cappuccino machine, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, toaster, indoor griddle/grill. BBQ grill and 2 wood-burning firepits outside. Kayak (two single and one double) or fish from the dock. Life vests available. Owners live next door. Easy check-in with keyless entry. Guest access Guests have entire cabin and are welcome to use kayaks or fish off dock or shore. (Life vests are provided. Need your own bait and fishing licenses.) Use of dock is not exclusively private to guests. Bring your boat and tie up to our dock. Plenty of room to park your trailer. Nearest public launch is around 8 miles. Enjoy two firepits, one large and a cozier small pit right at water edge. Complimentary "starter" bonfire bundle--you may want to bring additional bundles. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck. Swing is perfect for all-day reading. Nap away in the hammock. Other things to note Please review these rules before booking to assure this cabin is a good fit for your stay. Your booking acknowledges your agreement. And here they are: 1) No smoking or vaping. 2) No aggressive dogs. Dogs up to 25 pounds welcome with $25 pet fee. Yard is not fenced, and mostly friendly dogs and cats roam area. Dogs cannot be left unattended. 3) NO fireworks! 4) Wifi is very spotty. 5) Phones may or may not work out here. AT&T service is the best possibility. For emergencies, owners phones next door work. 6) Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am. 7) Fishing licenses required if you want to fish. Kids under 14 must wear life vests on water. Life vests available. 8) NO diving from dock--water here is too shallow. ANY WATER ACTIVITY IS AT YOUR OWN RISK! Owners not responsible for accidents. Unattended children are not allowed on dock. 9) No parties or unregistered guests. Max number of guests is 5. 10) This rule is included due to Airbnb's unbelievable new refund policy: Renter acknowledges that the host lives in an area where certain pests such as ants, spiders, mosquitoes, bees, wasps, and similar are commonplace. Hosts regularly spray to keep property pest free. Renter acknowledges that with the foregoing practice, owner has fulfilled their obligation to keep the property pest free, and if the owner accrues any expenses (including a refund, different accommodations, or other expenses) as a result of the renter filing a complaint based on the presence of pests when the owner has fulfilled the obligations set forth herein, the renter agrees to reimburse the owner all costs, including attorneys fees within 30 days of the guest complaint being filed with Airbnb, plus $200 per week until such fees are remitted. And finally, The kabin gets all decked out for holidays, especially Christmas, Easter and Halloween (cute and fun--nothing scary).
