Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway called the Blossom House. There is plenty of space to enjoy the surrounding oaks, pines, and manzanitas. Enjoy an outdoor campfire, rest in the hammock or watch local birds, quail, and cottontail rabbits meander around the patios. The space You will be staying in a vintage 1964 mobile home with original wooden interior. The bathroom has been remodeled with new tub/shower, sink and toilet. Complimentary toiletries are provided for each booking. The kitchen retains the original cabinetry and has new counters, sink, flooring and refrigerator/freezer in addition to being fully stocked for meal preparation. A vintage working Wedgewood Oven provides a touch of the past and an air fryer provides modern convenience. A small microwave is rwady to pop your complimentary popcorn and a combination drip/kerig coffee maker make mornings a joy. The bedroom has a california king bed and delux mattress and bedding that are sure to provide a restful night. The comfy 2 person rocker is a great place to read a book or watch a show on the TV. The livingroom has a 6 foot couch, swivel chair, arm chair, and daybed to chat, relax or nap. The Smart TV is there to watch your favorite show and a working fireplace is available on burn days to enjoy. However, the Blossom House uses a central heating unit to heat the rooms and an evaporative cooler cools during the summer months. The bedroom is cooled during the summer months by a portable air conditioner. An outdoor seating area with a firepit lets you enjoy the brilliant stars at night. A front deck is just the place to sit and enjoy morning coffee while listening to neighboring chickens and birds in the trees. There is plenty of free parking and space to take short walks through the foothill forest. Guest access Guests have full access to the Blossom house 1 bedroom, 1 bath home. A paddle tennis court and outdoor firepit are awaiting your enjoyment. Other things to note Guests have self check-in and a private 500' driveway to the Blossom House.
