The bright natural light and funky decor will greet you and immediately make you feel like you’re on vacation! The fully equipped kitchen has all the basics you'll need to cook a chefs meal. This space offers a queen sized bed. Kick up your feet and relax on the comfy blue couch while you catch up on your favorite Netflix shows with the Smart TV. Escape to the front patio for your morning cup of coffee and evening glass of wine or play some Corn-hole in the backyard! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire studio. It is fenced in and separate from the main house, so you'll have access to everything back there as well. This is quiet neighborhood with some street parking available. There is an allocated spot in front of the house ideal for one car, but is able to fit two if you pull all the way up. Other things to note 1. Florida is a tropical environment and this property is in a tropical setting. We must let guests know that some things aren't always controlled when it comes to Mother Nature. We love our home, and it is well maintained and treated consistently for pests and insects as is any home is in Florida. However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (a good sign the place is treated). We will not issue a refund for a dead or live occasional bug. It's Florida and it's just how it is. If you happen to see a bug, just let us know and we can spray for you. We do not foresee this being an issue during your stay, but we must mention it. 2. This is a guest house/studio, therefore it is on the same property as another home.
