The house is tucked away at the end of a private road overlooking Mohawk valley. The property is very private, has a large yard / land, and has spectacular views. This is the perfect getaway to relax or hike , hunt, snowshoe, or snowmobile. There is direct snowmobile access but no direct ATV access The space The cabin is tucked away at the end of a private road that looks over Mohawk Valley. There are spectacular views of the valley and mountains beyond from the upstairs level and wrap around deck. The house includes a "great room" with tons of space for relaxing while enjoying the view and peaceful private surrounding property. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with queen beds and direct access to walk around deck. A full kitchen and two and a half baths are also on main upstairs level. The downstairs level has a third bedroom with two twin beds (plus a pull out trundle), a finished walkout living area with queen pullout couch, and a laundry area with washer and dryer. There is no downstairs bathroom. All linens are included. The property has direct access to snow mobile trail system. Guest access The house is at the end of a private road with plenty of parking on a paved driveway. The public access roads are dirt and are maintained by the town. Mud season (spring months) may require four wheel drive to access the property. Four wheel drive is best but not always necessary. It is not necessary in the summer months. In winter months it is recommended. Snow plowing happens after 3 or more inches of snowfall.
