Like a hotel we provide all linens, soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels and hair dryers. This 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house is made for entertaining. There is plenty of outdoor space complete with a brand new hot tub, fire pit, grill, large outdoor table, grassy area and outdoor shower. 2 living room spaces, a ping pong table, game/puzzles/books and every detail thought of. The chefs kitchen boasts a gas range, chefs knives, pot filler, complete spice rack, cooking oil, cooking utensils, platters, pots and baking pans, tupperware, 24 place-settings of silverware, glassware, serving forks/spoons, wine glasses, dishware etc. Basically everything needed to cook a large meal. There is a massive 8 ft quartz countertop island and an extra wide and deep farm sink perfect for families or groups to cook and host get togethers. Toaster, drip coffee, French press, keurig, k cups, tea, creamer and sugar provided to get you started. Bring your own ground coffee. We have a ping pong table and bar set up in half of the finished garage for another area to hang out. Full laundry area complete with front loading washer and dryer with countertop. We provide "Free and Clear" detergent and dryer sheets. Iron and ironing board. We have a first aid kit in the pantry and fire extinguisher in the laundry room. There is firewood for the fire pit. We replace the tank on a regular basis, but if you need more propane there is a Walgreens 5 minutes away that can replace/exchange the tank for you during your stay. All you need is the food which you can pick up at our local grocery stores or have delivered through the Instacart App. Locations of the grocery stores are listed on our guidebook here in the app as well as in the welcome binder. Our welcome binder has detailed recommendations for restaurants, beaches, parking and things to do in the area as well as some of our personal favorite spots. We have plenty of beach/pool towels and chairs so there is no need to bring your own! Guest access Guests are given a set code to access the home during their stay. That code is unique to them and will only work during their reservation days. During their stay guests will have access to everything inside/outside the home as if it is their home. Use the breezeway door as the entry. The guest booking this home must be staying in the home during the reservation. The guest booking this home is the person responsible for ensuring everyone is following all house rules and ensuring the home is taken care of during their stay. Trash and Recycle bins are located on the right side of garage. Use the garage door opener to open this side. They are located directly behind the garage door. Trash & Recycle Pick Up- Thursday mornings typically by 9AM which we take care of for you Other things to note There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the home. If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts in a cup, so they do not litter the property.
