PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: 2nd/3rd room remain locked unless properly booked. This is an updated home in an old neighborhood, with long time residences. Safe for kids/Community pool/park nearby, Onsite parking, 3 Private beds w/Tv's in 2 rooms, 2 full baths, Wifi/streaming access. Enjoy the intimate outdoor seating/breakfast area for games, Fenced yard (Pets allowed with some restrictions) Long terms stays welcome! Active Exterior Ring Camera in rear entrance for extra security. The space 2 minute walk from nightlife. 5 minute drive from downtown and great eating spots; Our favorite spots and Recommendation are located in our welcome packet. Guest access Entry through the back. Keyless entry (four digit code.) Other things to note Pets are allowed but we would recommend not beyond the baby gate. However, if this is not possible we just ask that you use your discretion in terms of where you allow them throughout the house. Keep pets off of furniture and especially beds. If you have animals that like to bite and chew urinate or scratch; We would strongly recommend that they stay behind the baby gate. If damage is done because of pets or pets were allowed on furniture despite our request, we will charge an additional $200 cleaning fee or and/or damage fee if applicable. For your peace of mind however, The room behind the baby gate is in a good size room (breakfast area) connected to the laundry and patio area for easy exit to a large fenced in backyard and entry. Also there is a bowl for food & water, and Complementary Treats.
