Guests can log in with their own streaming passwords! Dish Wi -fi. Exposure to fireworks possible as they are legal in NH! They are NOT allowed at our Cabin! (Exception Sparklers) this is a rustic cabin & may not be suitable for young kids. Water access is via dock... there is a stone area agile dogs can climb out of the water or a shore line area to the right for dogs. People should enter water and boats from the dock ( rock wall is not safe for climbing otherwise NH Lakes and erosion is a constant battle) Yard slopes slightly to the water but the deck area and sitting areas are flat. If anyone is unsteady on their feet they may need assistance. The view from deck is outstanding! Yes, we know there is no screen on sliding door. Repairing it ( human & canine) was constant so we opted for simplicity. NOTE: There is no washing machine but we are happy to provide extra towels for your stay just let us know before check in. There is also eco-friendly laundry detergent under sink for hand washing. Window AC July & August ONLY
