Our oasis winter getaway spot includes a six person hot tub, spacious kitchen and dining area, a cozy fireplace with enough space to sleep eight comfortably. Located only 6 minutes outside of the beautiful town of Cobourg, the cabin is truly a gem. Other things to note We want to make sure pricing is fair for individuals, couples, and groups that the home is properly prepared for your stay. After 2 guests, there is a fee of $25 per person, per night. Pets are welcome for a fee of $80. To keep things smooth and comfortable for everyone, please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests and pets at the time of booking. This helps us prepare enough linens, supplies, and amenities for your group. For transparency: unregistered guests or pets will result in an additional $100 per night fee, in addition to the standard guest or pet fees. Hot Tub Policy To keep the hot tub clean and ready for all guests, we kindly ask that everyone shower before use and follow the posted guidelines. Misuse of the hot tub including affecting the water quality, significant water loss, or turning off or reducing temperature significantly may require professional servicing or water replacement. Damage will result in reimbursement of costs. In these cases, guests will be responsible for the cost of refilling and any related expenses, especially if it impacts the readiness of the hot tub for upcoming stays.
