Our 3 bedroom home is perfect for up to 8 guests and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Two separate living rooms provide comfy sectional couches. Fully equipped kitchen includes a broad selection of appliances. Large backyard space is perfect for yard games or relaxing by the fire and enjoying the mountain with your favorite company. Surrounded by golf, food & shopping and less than 25 minutes from U of A and Downtown Tucson. The space Living Areas - Two separate living rooms, both with comfy sectional couches - Second living room has full size sofa bed - Smart TVs in both rooms with YouTube TV and Netflix - High speed Wifi Dining Area - Counter height dining table seats 6-8 - Additional patio seating Kitchen -Fully stocked kitchen with all dishware included - Kitchen appliances include air fryer, crockpot, Ninja blender set, toaster and coffee maker. -Keurig coffee maker stocked with creamer & sweeteners Backyard - Fully walled private backyard -Fun firepit with seating for everyone - Propane grill includes all grilling utensils - Bistro lights with automatic timers - Patio dining area -Patio games such as cornhole, giant Yahtzee and more Bedrooms -Primary bedroom has king size bed, 65" TV, walk in closet and large bathroom with plenty of storage space. -Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, 40" TV and a desk to make for a private work space. -Bedroom 3 has two twin XL beds that can be moved together to make a king bed along with a 40" TV. Parking and Access -Guests will have their own personal code to enter the home -Driveway can fit 3 cars -Free street parking House Rules All guests making bookings agree to accept the following terms and conditions: -No Smoking: We have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any evidence of smoking on the property will result in a penalty of $1,000. -No Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the property. Any trace of animals will result a penalty of $500. -No parties or events: Law enforcement will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Violation to these rules will result in immediate eviction and/or extra fines. -Cleaning Fees: The cleaning fee of $175 is for reservations up to 10 nights. Reservations made for longer timeframes will result in a higher cleaning fee. -Home has cameras on the exterior of the home for security purposes.
