My wife and I rent out our home when we leave for a period of time. This is actually a 3 bedroom town house. But we put all of our personal items in a upstairs bedroom while we are gone. The second bedroom is up stairs for your use and has a comfy queen bed. The upstairs also has a full bathroom. There is a big studio in the downstairs basement that has a bed, couch, and hdtv for your use and a full bathroom. There is a full kitchen and small dining room on the main level with a small bathroom. Living room with hdtv, cable on youtube tv, netflix. Back yard patio with table and chairs. There is private parking. There are 12 Townhouses and we are the last one. We are located downtown Carbondale close to resturants and biketrails. Located in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley. Carbondale is a cozy little mountain town with two beautiful rivers flowing through it. Our little house is blocks away from downtown and next to some wonderful parks for your enjoyment. Feel free to use our two cruiser bikes to get around town! About 30 minutes from Aspen and 15 minutes to Glenwood your adventure is right out the door. We have a private parking for you. You are also welcome to use the cruiser bikes to get around Carbondale. This is our personal house and we put all personal items in our bedroom before you check in. We hope you treat it like you would treat your own home. It is a very cozy place in a wonderful location.
