Gorgeous Waterfront Home w/ Private Dock & Sauna

Welcome to my Deep Cove sanctuary. This place is truly a gem of BC, surrounded by nature but only a 20 minute drive to downtown Vancouver. Wake up to the sight of unobstructed ocean views, enjoy meals watching seals hunt and eagles fly about, enjoy a sauna & cold plunge or family kayak from your own private dock, take a 20 minute stroll through the forest to eat Vancouver's best doughnuts. Both kid & pet friendly, this place is a perfect spot for an unforgettable family or friends gathering. The space The home has 3 stories, all with private balconies and incredible ocean views. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms: The very spacious master (King) bedroom featuring a lush Four Seasons mattress, a large bathtub overlooking the ocean, an indoor fireplace, a cozy lounge chair, and a private balcony. There are two additional guest rooms (one King bed and one Queen bed) which share an ensuite Jack & Jill bathroom with soaker tub. The Queen guest room features a workspace overlooking the ocean and a TV with Netflix. The main floor has an expansive open kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, powder room, and additional bedroom (featuring full sized adult bunk beds), which includes a small office/children's playroom equipped with various books and toys. There is a beautiful balcony on the main floor with outdoor dining for 8 (squishy 10), an outdoor fireplace, and a daybed perfect for two or three to snuggle up and enjoy a morning beverage or evening glass of wine. The lower floor is beautiful studio space that has been recently renovated with its own private kitchen, featuring a queen bed and full bathroom. The bed can easily be folded up to create space for yoga, or group workouts. The studio opens up to a large terrace with a bar, couches, additional fireplace, and outdoor shower perfect for rinsing after a sauna, cold dip, or swim. Private yoga lessons can be arranged. Yoga mats and a rack of dumbells are provided. There is a private lawn overlooking the water and private dock with 3 kayaks & two SUP boards + paddles for guest use. Swim towels and life vests for kids of all ages are provided. There is also a swim ladder and chairs for enjoying a drink or some quiet time on the dock. During low tide, a large private beach emerges, and you can walk all the way to Strathcona park, seeing an abundance of clams and starfish along the way. Please note that patio furnishings and indoor fireplaces are seasonal, and kayaks will be stored from November through mid March in accordance with the safety rules of the Deep Cove Kayak Club. Other things to note 2026 update - My neighbours next door are currently building their dream home, and it is possible that some of their construction noise will be audible during your stay. I am in close communication with them and will do everything I can to set proper expectations for your booking.
