Extras -(3) kayaks located under the driveway (you will need a vehicle to transport to the dock, 1 min drive) -Hot tub robes and towels -Beach chairs and extra towels -Ice chest Guest access 1 parking spot in garage is available. 2 parking spots in driveway. Street parking is available. Other things to note Due to low balcony railings and steep stairs the home is not recommended for very young children (use your own discretion) Kids must be supervised at ALL TIMES especially around patio balconies and stairs. No TV in the living room as to not distract from the view of the lake and mountains. A smart TV is available in the upstairs loft bedroom. We encourage guests to unplug and enjoy the surrounding nature and activities. The upstairs loft looks down into the Primary Bathroom and shower area. If you need privacy lock the Primary bedroom door before showering or draw the window treatments in the loft area down. Due to the uniqueness of this house being on a steep hill it has many stairs. Get ready for your workout! We make every effort to make sure the windows and skylights are clean and clear, but we do live amongst nature and can’t stop the birds from pooping or the rain from falling. Having a house on a cliff means we need a pump to get the water to street level. This pump is in the closet of the bottom floor Primary bedroom. When a toilet is flushed or water is running it will turn on and make a noise. At night you will not hear it, unless someone runs water. We provide guests with a white noise machine to help minimize the noise. Please NO dogs/cats or animals in the house or on the property. *Hosts are not responsible for conditions that are outside of their control, and cancelations and refunds are not applicable to these circumstances: Road construction in the area, weather or storms, & forest fires. Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance to cover for losses against events. *Indications of the existence of or discovery of forest animals, ants, spiders for other wildlife that are common in our area shall not form the basis for a reservation cancellation or refund. The property is located in a forest and hosts make reasonable efforts to control the entry of such wildlife, including efforts to deter and remove bugs that attempt entry into the home.
