Great for Family vacation or baseball getaway and can sleep up to 10 guest! The "Brown Bear Cabin" has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and Game room. Relax at our beautiful 2.5 acres property located on State Highway 28 in Delhi, NY. Approximately 30mins outside of Oneonta and 45 Minutes to Cooperstown. Whether you are fishing in the pond, playing bocce ball, or relaxing at the fire pit the gated backyard has something for everyone! The space Master Bedroom - King Bed and Single day bed Bedrooms 2 & 3 - Full under Twin bunkbeds Two futons in the game room (no sheets or pillows). Game Room: Ping Pong, Big Buck Hunt, golden tee golf and NBA Jame Arcade, Darts, skee ball and 1 v 1 basketball! Guest access Maybe sharing the space with the "Little Bear Cottage" Other things to note There is also a lock box for keys a code will be given to you. To bring: 1. Towels - Guest must provide their own towels! 2. Extra sheets/pillows for futons in the basement if you plan on sleeping down there. If you need your trip to extend into the week please ask. We block off two days prior arrival and after arrival. We can do our best to accommodate the length of your stay.
