Private room with queen size bed, parking, and shared bath with another room that rents with Airbnb. 58" Smart TV and WIFI available. Guests have access to the living room area, kitchen, and laundry room (you supply your own laundry soap). This location is close to the 78 FRWY, Food 4 less, fast food places, the movie theaters, and approx 15 min from the beach. Guest access Please clean after yourself in Common areas During your stay I can be reached by phone, text messages, or through the Airbnb application. Other things to note My health is a top priority and since I'm highly allergic to animals I would not be able to host anyone with pets (including service animals) because I clean all of my listings, and due to shared common areas with other guests.
