Location, location! "Hilltop Hideaway" is a private basement apartment just 16 miles from BWI airport, 10 miles from Fort Meade and Annapolis, and less than 30 miles to Baltimore and Washington, DC! Nestled in a wooded setting on 2 acres, it is perfect for 1-2 adults (25yrs old or older). Not suited for children. Offers living space, bathroom, kitchenette w/microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, crock pot, apartment size fridge and separate dining nook. Private key code entrance and parking. The space One large bedroom with closet and work space . All bedding, linens, and pillows are included- as well as an iron and ironing board. The separate living area w/small sectional couch includes HD/TV and Roku. Dining nook is off the kitchenette with a table and chairs. Kitchenette includes microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric skillet, crock pot, Keurig, flatware, drinkware and dishes. Private bathroom with shower includes towels, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer and other toiletries. Patio area outside features table/chairs, grill and firepit. No interior spaces are shared with the owner. Guest access Very quiet private street with off street parking. Entry is located at the lower level of the driveway. Park near the shed or garage. Enter through the gate. Door is on the left. Keypad is located on the main door behind the screen door. Other things to note Please note this is a no smoking basement apartment with the owners living on the upper level. The driveway and backyard are the only shared spaces with the owner.
