Cozy & Quiet & Close to Everything Your whole family (Dogs who are well behaved are welcome too at no extra charge) will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, newly renovated, historic home with a fully fenced back yard, deck with outdoor seating, a fire pit area, dining area, and a covered swing. A park with entrance to one of the many walking trails is just down the street & getting to downtown is just a stroll away while shopping centers are within a 5 min car ride. The space This Home is newly remodeled & everything is fairly new, all the furnishing & kitchen supplies (everything but the stove/oven are brand new). This is a historic “Kit” home built in 1948 with the original, beautiful, hard wood floors in the bedrooms & living room. It was remodeled in 2021, adding a bathroom/laundry room downstairs, uncovering the original hardwood floors, adding a breakfast/dinner bar with storage, a pantry & remodeling the entire kitchen plus updates to the bedrooms. I do hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access There is a coded lock on the front door so no worries about keys! The whole house is yours, I have one room in the basement where I keep supplies that is locked. There is a drive way for parking as well as room on the street in front of the house. There is a park just down the street & walking paths located in the park can take you anywhere in Sheridan. A grocery store is down the street (within walking distance but you might want to drive). Downtown is also within walking distance or a 3 min car ride. Other shopping is also about 5 mins away by car. Other things to note I do not charge a pet fee I just want the whole family to feel welcome & enjoy some rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation!
