A 3 bedroom townhome in a quiet neighborhood near the clock tower in Herndon within a few miles of driving distance from Dulles airport. Our home is about 4 miles (less than 10 mins drive) from Dulles Airport, within a mile distance from a majority of good restaurants. It has 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor with kitchen and living room on the second floor, a 2 car garage with more parking space in the drive way. Guest bedroom is on 3rd floor with a separate bathroom adjacent to it. Guests will have access to Internet, washer/dryer and are most welcome to make yourself comfortable in the living room, watch TV and have access to the kitchen too. No access to the Master bedroom. Our work schedules have been a little crazy off-late but we would love to talk and know our guests whenever possible. It's a quiet neighborhood conveniently located around shopping centers, restaurants and gas stations within a mile away. Uber is the most convenient way to get to our place from Airport. Nearest metro station is Wiehle Reston East about 6 miles away. There is a bus stop at a walking distance but you would have to probably switch buses to get to the metro station or DC. We have a 14 months old now and we are giving this hosting experience a try to see if that's something we could continue. While the day could be peaceful, the toddler may cry sometime during the night. It would be least heard in the guest room, but something for guests to consider. And that our living room may have toys scattered around. No interference in the guest room. We want our guests to make an informed decision. Nevertheless, we still love hosting and your comfort would be our priority.
