Walking distance to the Village, yet you'll feel like you're amongst nature in this second story end unit surrounded by trees. A 1 Bedroom + Loft + 2 Full Baths sleeps 6. There’s a hot tub, sauna and laundry adjacent to the manager's office (1 min walk). TOML-CPAN-10765 The space Main Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, desk/chair, 55" TV. Room is attached to downstairs full bath with shower. Loft: Full and 2 twin beds (detachable trundle twin beds) the top bed has a Beautyrest and the pull out trundle has a memory foam mattress. There is a full bath with a tub/shower in the loft. Living Room: Dining room table for 6, couch, loveseat. Cozy up to a natural wood burning fire and the 65" TV. We have a YouTube TV account or sign-in to your own account to watch your favorites. Kitchen: Plenty of equipment for you to make some warm, cozy meals! We have a Keurig and try to keep some pods available. Or try one of the incredible coffee shops nearby (our favorite is The Looney Bean!) Please note: The condo is located on the second floor and there is a walkway between the parking lot (approximately 30 yards) before you get to the 27 stairs you'll need to climb to get to front door Guest access Free Parking. Park in any open spot. Two cars allowed per rental. Parking passes to be placed on dashboard will be provided. Fee of $150 per pass if it is not returned. Other things to note - We have professional cleaners that also provide laundered bed linens and 6 towel sets per reservation. If you would like more linens, please let us know prior to your stay and we can make arrangements to have more on hand (for an additional cost). In addition, if you are staying a week or more and would like an extra cleaning, please let us know ahead of time and we can arrange for one (for an additional cost). We do not provide pool/hot tub towels. There is a laundry room located in the (red) Manager's Building . You can pay using an app. Instructions are located by the machines. The building is approximately a 1 min. walk door-to-door from the condo. - Soap, dishwasher pods, travel size shampoo/conditioner provided. We suggest you bring your own if you think you might need more or have a preference :-) - There is a strict no smoking of any kind policy ($1000 fee if in violation) - We love pets, but there is a strict no pets policy as our HOA does not allow it and we are unable to make exceptions. ($1000 fee if in violation).
