Great home with large pool! Your family will be close to everything, only a minute away from the Dodge expressway. 4 bedrooms (one with 2 Full beds) sleeps 10 comfortably, 12 with air mattress provided. Heated pool gives you a great oasis (open approximately May 24- September 30). The living room, eat-in kitchen, bar, kitchenette and downstairs theatre room are great gathering areas. This is a great home for families. NO PARTIES ALLOWED and being respectful of neighbors is requested. The space The entire house is yours when rented and you’ll have access to everything. 4 beds with 5 beds, an air mattress is available for a 6th bed, 3 baths, spacious eat in kitchen, plenty of great gathering places, great pool and 3- seasons sun room that has a hot tub. No parties or outside guests allowed. Pool can be heated to 82° for $40 a day. Guest access Entire property. Other things to note NO PARTIES. We have outside security cameras and if more than we feel like there is a party going on, Airbnb will be notified to cancel the booking. This is a home, not an event center were people can host a party. The home does have great gathering spaces for your group that includes a fabulous pool, a hot tub, and a fire pit.
