Infants traveling with their parents are welcome. Pool Rules: Unsupervised children are not allowed to swim in the pool. Diving is prohibited in shallow waters. There are no lifeguards on duty. Swim at your own risk. No food or drink is allowed in the swimming pool tank. Parking is available on the property (approximately 2 spaces on the property); any additional cars should be parked off street. If you park on the street, be sure to look for signs for Street Sweeping Day. No events allowed, no parties allowed, no smoking allowed and strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Additional fee for heated pool (optional): Pool heating is $200 per day for a maximum of 6 hours (6 a.m. to 1 p.m.). Payment must be sent before starting the heater. Guest agrees to keep the property in good condition and is responsible for any lost or damaged items. By booking this home, you agree to abide by these house rules and agree to be solely responsible for any personal injury that may occur during your stay at this home. Guest access We provide guests with full access to the entire property, including the backyard, patio, and shared spaces such as the pool and garden. Guests are free to use all facilities, including the kitchen, laundry facilities, and any entertainment areas. Typically, guests receive a keypad code for the main gate before their check-in time at 4 pm, providing secure entry to the property. Our goal is to ensure that guests feel at home and have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Other things to note House Rules & Guest Information Towels We provide white bath towels and hand towels for personal use only. Please do not use them for makeup removal, cleaning, or other purposes. A $10 cleaning fee per towel may apply if towels are heavily stained or misused. Check-in Check-in time is after 4:00 PM. You may arrive anytime after 4 PM using the access code that will be sent to you before arrival. Early check-in may be available depending on the cleaning schedule. Please ask one day before arrival. If approved, an additional $25 fee will apply. Check-out Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not available because the house must be cleaned for the next guests arriving the same day. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $250 or the full nightly rate (whichever is higher). Check-out Checklist Before leaving, please help us with the following: • Place all trash in the large bins located on the side yard next to the garage. • Wash dishes and cooking utensils that you used. • Remove opened food from the refrigerator (unopened items may remain). • If furniture was moved, please return it to its original position. • Turn off lights, fans, and thermostat, and unplug small appliances. Detailed check-out instructions will also be available in the welcome folder inside the house. Pool & Backyard The backyard includes a private fenced swimming pool, outdoor seating area, and gas BBQ grill. Please supervise children around the pool at all times. Guests use the pool and outdoor area at their own risk. Please clean the BBQ grill after use. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels low during these hours. Additional House Rules Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay at the property. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and surrounding properties. Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay. If neighbors report excessive noise, parties, or disturbances, the reservation may be terminated immediately without refund.
