The heart of the home (kitchen/living/dining and master bedroom) is located on the second level. The open floor plan and tall ceilings are perfect for everyone to come together and entertain. The kitchen is sure to please all chefs with plenty of lighting, granite countertops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, dishes, basic pot pans, and utensils. Dine beside the large windows or at the breakfast bar. Gather guests in the spacious living room (couch converts to a sofa sleeper) to watch a movie. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a granite vanity and a tile/pebble stand-alone shower. Up the stairs to the third level are two (BR2 & BR3) bedrooms containing Queen beds with ensuite bathrooms, comprised of vanity and stand-alone showers. There is also a sitting area for reading a book. Take in the breathtaking views of Port A and partial views of the ocean from the canvas-covered observation deck. Guests have parking spaces for 3 vehicles. Parking is not allowed on the street. Boat and trailer parking is not permitted. We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected.
