Private patio off of the bedroom with views of the water, in-unit washer and dryer, desk for your remote office work, and just across the street from the sand. Non-smoking, no pets. No pool though. The space This is the perfect space for leisure and work, ideal for surfers, couples, families, and anyone looking for a beach getaway. The living room has a 70" smart TV, in-unit washer and dryer, and all brand new furniture. The kitchen features bar seating, a full-size fridge and oven, and all new appliances + drip coffee maker. We provide all linens, towels (shower towels only, not for beach use), dishware, cookware, shampoo/conditioner, and coffee/tea). Kick back and relax in the queen size bedroom and catch up on your favorite shows from bed, or sunbathe on the spacious private patio. Working remote? Log onto our hi-speed wifi and take meetings from the desk in the bedroom. Just spent the day at the beach? Rinse off at our outdoor shower located to the right of the building. Want to grill up your catch of the day? Feel free to use our deluxe charcoal grill right in front of the property. We are also next door to live music from a nearby bar which you can enjoy from the private patio (music ends at 10 pm). It is a non-smoking unit. No pets please. AVAILABILITY/LARGER GROUPS: This is a three floor building with 6 identical beach condos - if you do not see the calendar availability you are looking for, please message us or check one of our other listings for availability. Additionally, if you need more than 1 unit for larger groups, please let us know so we can coordinate accordingly. ACCESSIBILITY: This unit, 302, is on the THIRD floor of a six-unit condo and is accessible only through a staircase. There is no elevator. For those requiring accessible units, please check out our first floor listings "101" and "102". NOTES: Please note that no children under 5 should be on the upper bunk bed. We do not provide charcoal for grilling, beach towels, and there is no pool. There is some beach equipment by outdoor shower, available on a first come first serve basis, or you can rent loungers hourly at the beach just across the street. South Padre Island, or SPI, is a tropical oasis located off the southern tip of Texas. SPI is the largest of the Texas barrier islands and the world's longest barrier island. It offers the unsurpassed beauty of the Laguna Madre Bay and the Gulf of Mexico and is the ideal year-round destination for visitors seeking a getaway from the daily grind. Guest access ACCESSIBILITY: This unit is upstairs and stair-access only. If you need a ground-level unit, please check listings 101 or 102. CHECKIN: No need to worry about keys, as you'll receive a unique code to access the smart lock. PARKING: You will have two dedicated parking spaces in the front parking lot. House Rules: No party, no music/noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Violations will be reported to Airbnb to block future bookings, with a fine of $300. Other things to note We recommend drinking bottled/spring water when on the island, and provide guests with two bottles of water upon checkin.
