Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located pet friendly downtown Wilmington cottage. The space Two bedroom one bathroom cottage with recently updated kitchen and bathroom. All beds have memory foam mattresses and there is queen located in the master, a bunk bed in the guest-room (please note bedding will only be provided for the queen, bottom bunk, and trundle, but feel free to bring your own bedding for the top bunk). The living room has ample seating for six and the kitchen table has four chairs. There is a small dedicated workspace area . The backyard is fully fenced in and landscaped with bamboo and ivy and the front porch has a swing and a rocker/glider. The bathroom shower/tub and a washer dryer. Guest access Free street parking only but there is never a shortage of parking spots along S. 4th Street. There are two set of stairs to climb to get to the house and no ramp access. The start of downtown Wilmington's River Walk is a half a mile walk and the Castle Street District is less than a quarter mile walk away. There are multiple bus stops within a quarter mile including the Port City Trolly. Other things to note Pets allowed "dogs only". Maximum of 3 dogs only. No pet fee for 2 dogs. Additional cleaning fee will be applied for additional dog. Please include dog breed and size when booking.
