Welcome to Tabasco. My three-bedroom, dog-friendly farmhouse on 3 1/2 acres is well-equipped with new appliances and features a large fenced-in front yard, so feel free to bring your pooch! Tabasco is close to great breweries, restaurants, and hiking. Unlike many rentals in the area, this serves as my home ten months out of the year - expect comfy beds and soft towels and bed linens! I hope you will find my home as comfortable as I do and I hope to host you. The space There are three bedrooms. Two have queen-sized beds; the other has a full size. Each has its own window AC and all bedrooms have blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep. There are two Roku TVs in the upstairs bedrooms and another one in the living room. There is one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. A living room AC keeps the first floor icy cool! The kitchen boasts a coffee bean grinder, a glass pour-over coffee maker, as well as a conventional drip-coffee maker, and an air fryer to toast your morning bread. Bring along some oranges to make use of the juicer. A KitchenAid mixer will come in handy on a rainy day if you'd like to bake cookies, and you'll find plenty of kitchen staples -- including flour, sugar, and baking soda -- in the pantry. You'll also find plenty of oils and spices to assist in grilling that perfect steak. Bringing your pups? There will be dog bowls, a spare leash, poop bags, and chew toys and balls in the front yard. My home is NOT able to charge your EV as it would create a fire hazard. Guest access The garage and basement will be unavailable. Otherwise, the rest of the house is yours. : ) The front yard is fully fenced and perfect for stargazing and playing fetch. The backyard is private and quiet with a fire pit for those perfect Catskills evenings. Adirondack chairs, a hammock, and other outdoor furniture will help you lounge the afternoons away - should you want to. Other things to note There is a doorbell camera on the garage.
